PM Modi hails India's 1st state with 100% vaccination with at least 1 dose - Himachal Pradesh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Himachal Pradesh for becoming India's first state to achieve 100% vaccination of the eligible population with at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. PM Modi called the hill state a 'champion' in the fight against the pandemic.
