What kind of limits are our behaviours and microaggressions placing on women?

In this clip, Lea shares her frustrating story of going to the bike shop and not getting the product she wanted. The store clerk brought her an inferior product to the one she specifically requested and said "this is enough for you". It's a sad story that far too many of us have experienced. Though the employee may have had good intentions, they were no doubt influenced by surface impressions of Lea and these kind of unconscious biases can have detrimental effects on women who are entering the world of sport.
