Skyrim - How to escape Helgen almost immediately

You can explore Skyrim with your hands bound, though anytime you get near a city/village the game softlocks, no idea why. Typing "enableplayercontrols" in the console will kinda fix it.

This should work on all versions of Skyrim, this video shows it in Special Edition for PC
