Due to the rise of various companies who now use the Multi Level Marketing(MLM) model, there has now being a rise of unnecessary products now called supplements and this is due to the fact and regulation that they must have at least a product so their business model is not only based on referrals.
These companies follow a Multi-Level Marketing model, that means they often do not sell their products/services via retailers, but through a group of people sometimes known as their โdistributorsโ. This strategy is also often nicknamed as Network Marketing.
Examples of these companies are: Herbalife, MaxHealth, Norland, Longrich, Oriflames and more.
A whole lot of people has fallen for these schemes including me. I spent two years with the false hope of financial freedom through a Pyramid Scheme labelled as Nutritional Supplement Company. They sell you a dream and always target your vulnerabilities.
I hope this video series serve as a light to a whole lot of people who might be lost one way or the other in a pyramid scheme or Multi Level Marketing(MLM).
